Work Life Balance
LabConnect has a flexible employment model that offers opportunities that are both on-site and remote (position dependent). In addition to our 10 paid company holidays, we have a PTO program that increases with tenure and allows for carryover. When you’re on PTO, we want you to relax and recharge, and return to work refreshed.
In addition to funding your 401k, there are other ways to set aside pre-tax dollars, saving you money. Based on the medical plan you choose, you are able to contribute to a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account on a pre-tax basis to use for any approved medical expenditures.
Security If You Need It
LabConnect offers 100% company paid Short Term and Long-Term Disability coverage. We also provide Life and AD&D Insurance. During the open enrollment period, you also have the option to enroll in additional Life Insurance coverage for you and/or your dependents.

Coverage begins after a 30-day waiting period. Employee premiums are competitive and vary based on the plan you choose, and the number of dependents enrolled on your plan.
