Building on the foundation of SampleGISTICS 1.0, the new digital appvislication leverages insights from millions of samples collected across hundreds of sites over more than a decade. SampleGISTICS 2.0 addresses persistent operational challenges in global clinical trials, including paper-based requisitions, manual data entry, and disconnected courier systems, which can result in lost samples, delayed shipments, and limited oversight.

The application streamlines clinical trial site operations, reduces manual touchpoints, and provides continuous traceability into sample movements from collection through laboratory intake. When integrated within LabConnect’s broader technology ecosystem, SampleGISTICS 2.0 enables sponsors, CROs, sites, and laboratories to monitor samples in real time across the site-to-lab journey, detect and prevent shipment delays or stability risks, improve turnaround times and data quality, and reduce administrative burden.
SampleGISTICS 2.0 is built on LabConnect’s Hawkeye ecosystem, which provides end-to-end clinical trial oversight, including operational intelligence, automation, and connectivity.
